The company is founded and led by a Registered Nurse (RN). That clinical background shapes how we train drivers, communicate with facilities, and handle sensitive deliveries — because we know what it is like to be on the receiving end of a courier handoff mid-shift.
Medical deliveries are different. Timing is clinical, handling matters, and the people receiving a delivery are usually mid-shift. We operate with that reality in mind: clear communication, documented handoffs, and drivers who understand facility expectations.
